Our construction company served as the Construction Manager for this office center, located in El Dorado County, CA. Extensive on-site work was required for this project that challenged the construction team. Though tough but we’re able to finish the project few weeks ahead of schedule!

The client wants a total revamp with it’s commercial headquarter to have a more modern contemporary touch but still has that comfy, elegant café feel in the environment.
SERVICE OVERVIEW
The project included new offices, conference rooms and a break room. A glass storefront system was also installed throughout the office.
